What we collect
| What | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your email and billing details | You and Stripe (we never see your full card number) | To run your account and charge you |
| Search Console performance data for your property: pages, search queries, clicks, impressions and positions; index status of your pages | Google, through the read-only access you grant | To find what to change and to measure it |
| Public content of your own pages and the links between them | Your website | To check pages and write suggestions |
| Which changes you tell us you made, and when | You | To measure them |
| Basic usage and error logs | Our systems | To keep the service working |
Search queries can occasionally contain personal information typed by searchers. We do not look for it and we avoid sending raw queries to outside providers where an aggregate will do.
What we do with it
We produce your weekly report and measure the changes you tell us about. We do not sell your data, share it with other customers, build advertising profiles or use it to train models of our own. We do not publish your results without your written permission.
Who helps us (subprocessors)
Listed in the data processing agreement: our database host, our email sender, our payment processor, and the model providers that read page text and aggregated search terms to write and check suggestions.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer. After you cancel or ask us to delete, we delete your Search Console data, page content and reports within 30 days. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, and you can remove our access in Search Console at any moment. If the GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your regulator. Write to admin@aimasterz.com.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to the operator and to systems we run. Data is stored in an encrypted database. Customer sites are read with a dedicated account that has read-only Search Console access and no access to anything else.
Changes
We will tell customers before a change that matters.
