Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026. These terms are between AImasterz LLC ("we", "us") and the person or business that signs up ("you").

What the service is

Every week we read your site's Google Search Console data and your public pages, and we send you a short list of suggested changes with the evidence behind each one. You decide what to do. We measure the changes you tell us you made against similar pages you did not change. We do not change your website.

What we need from you

Read-only access to your Search Console property. You give it by adding our service-account email as a Restricted user. Restricted users can see data but cannot change settings, submit anything or remove anything. You can take the access away at any time by removing the email.

Price, billing and cancelling

• The founding price is $39 per site per month, fixed for 12 months from your first payment. After that the list price applies unless you cancel. We will tell you 30 days before any price change.
• You give a card when you sign up. The first charge is 7 days later, after you have received your first report.
• Cancel in one click from the link in every report or in your billing page. No email, no call. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refund: if you are not happy for any reason, ask within 30 days of your first charge and we refund it in full, no questions. Ask by replying to any report.

What we promise and what we do not

We take care to make our suggestions accurate and to show our evidence. We do not promise any result. Search rankings depend on Google and many other things we do not control. Our estimates of gain are estimates. Our measurements compare your changed pages with similar pages you did not change and will sometimes say "inconclusive". Nothing here is professional advice about your business, finances, health or legal position. For a site on those subjects, a qualified reviewer should check any draft text before you use it.

Your data

We use your Search Console data and public pages only to produce your reports and measure your changes. We do not sell it, share it with other customers or use it for advertising. Our privacy policy and data processing agreement explain what we store, for how long and which providers help us. When you cancel or ask, we delete your data within 30 days.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you may give us access to the property. You are responsible for the changes you make to your site. Do not use the service to break the law or Google's rules, to attack anyone's site or to resell it without our agreement.

Limits

To the most the law allows, our total liability to you for anything is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect or lost profits. We provide the service "as is" apart from the promises above.

Changes, ending and law

We may update these terms and will tell you 30 days before a change that matters. We may end the service to you for breaking these terms, with a refund of any unused period. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington. Contact: admin@aimasterz.com.
